In short: ships within 24 hours, with tracking, always free. And here is the small print, in normal-sized letters.

02 — Dispatch and delivery time

We ship your order within 24 hours (Mon–Fri), with tracking.

The delivery time includes processing and transport. It is an estimate based on previous shipments, not a guaranteed date.

Why not the day after tomorrow? Your parcel leaves fast, but it has a long way to go. The masks are made in China, and we ship them directly from our production partner's warehouse. No warehouse in between, but a longer trip than a parcel from the next village. We'd rather tell you up front.

03 — Shipping costs

Shipping is always free, with no minimum order.

04 — Tracking

As soon as your parcel is on its way, you'll receive an email with the tracking number and link. In the first few days, tracking often shows very little: your parcel is travelling internationally. Once it reaches Switzerland, Swiss Post takes over. More under Track your order.

Orders with several masks may arrive in separate parcels, each with its own tracking number.

05 — Customs and VAT

Parcels arrive from abroad. The Federal Office for Customs and Border Security (FOCBS) only levies import VAT if it exceeds CHF 5, which is the case from a goods value of about CHF 62.

• 1 to 3 masks: usually no charges.
• Four or more masks: Swiss Post or the carrier may charge import VAT and a clearance fee.

These costs are borne by you.

06 — Delay or loss

If your parcel hasn't arrived seven days after the stated delivery time, write to us at support.themask@gmail.com. You can then keep waiting, or cancel your purchase and receive a full refund within 14 days. We bear the transport risk until delivery: if a parcel is lost, we reship it free of charge or refund you.

07 — Changing your address

Typo in your address? Write to us straight away, as we ship within 24 hours. As long as the order hasn't been passed on to our partner, we can correct it.

08 — Christmas

To get Uncle Sepp under the tree, order by 9 December. We'll of course deliver later orders too, but perhaps only after the holidays.
