Track your order

As soon as your parcel is on its way, you'll receive an email with the tracking number and link. You can also check your order status at any time via the link to your order in your order confirmation email.

What the stages mean

  1. Ordered. We have your order and are passing it on to our production partner. It ships within 24 hours (Mon–Fri).
  2. Shipped. Your parcel is travelling internationally. During this stage, tracking often shows very little for several days. That's normal.
  3. In Switzerland. Your parcel is at customs or already with Swiss Post.
  4. Delivered. Goggles on, Grandpa on, off you go.

Still nothing?

Delivery takes 8–13 days from your order. If your parcel hasn't arrived seven days after that, write to us at support.themask@gmail.com with your order number. We'll take care of it: a new shipment or your money back.
